Anh To – Senior Consultant
Anh To is an internationally trained executive and consultant with over 30 years of experience in Europe and Asia, working in pharmaceuticals, industrial distribution, consumer goods, and professional services. Educated at the University of Birmingham with a B.Com in Accounting and later qualified in the UK as a
Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, 1993), she combines a rigorous financial background with deep cultural fluency, being bilingual in English and Vietnamese. This international training and experience underpin her ability to smooth communication, optimize cooperation, and enhance trust among partners and teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Her career spans senior leadership roles at Sanofi Aventis, Jebsen & Jessen, DKSH, KPMG, ABB, Cable & Wireless, British American Tobacco, and Arthur Andersen UK. At Sanofi Aventis Vietnam, she served as Corporate Development Director, leading corporate affairs, communications, government relations with direct impact on market access and business development activities. She was involved in product launches,
distributor management, and multi-stakeholder coordination, at the same time contributing to the Legal & Regulatory Workgroup of The Pharma Group Vietnam as the representative of Sanofi Vietnam.
As General Director of Jebsen & Jessen Vietnam, Anh To managed Finance, HR, and IT, ensuring effective cross-unit operations and alignment with international standards. At DKSH Vietnam, she held multiple senior posts (Head of Legal & Corporate Communication, Country Head of Treasury & Planning, Country Finance Manager, and Country HR & Corporate Affairs Manager), where she directed compliance and risk management, led SAP implementation, navigated financial restructuring, guided treasury through Vietnam’s currency crisis and was in exclusive charge of managing the relationship with the key local partner of the company.
Earlier, she advanced through roles in tax, finance, and consulting with KPMG, Cable & Wireless, ABB, and British American Tobacco, after beginning her career at Arthur Andersen in the UK as a Chartered Accountant specialized in Corporate Tax. Today, Anh To is a freelance management consultant, collaborating with PricewaterhouseCoopers, BGA, and others on strategy, productivity, capacity enhancement, market entry and expansion, and industry reviews.
